Catherine Cashmore

Head of External Relations

Leads our engagement with national Churches, Dioceses and other partners. Also has oversight of the Trust’s media liaison, research, thought leadership and advocacy.

Sarah Davies

Director of Charitable Services

Sarah is responsible for all aspects of the Trust’s charitable activity, including grant-making, partnerships and support services.

Atawa Aryee

Head of Finance & Operations

Atawa is responsible for the finance and operations function of the Trust, overseeing financial resources, investments, HR, IT, and facilities management.

Jane Pattullo

Head of Grants & Services

Jane line-manages all Grants & Services Officers, leading and coordinating day-to-day operations of the Grants & Services team providing supervision support to all team members.

Our staff team includes: two people in Finance and Operations; two people in External Relations; and twelve people in Charitable Services.

Dr Catherine Monteith

Medical Adviser

Catherine is a practicing GP, based in Northern Ireland in a large, city centre surgery. She is interested in improving health inequalities in Northern Ireland and encouraging more collaborative working between primary and secondary care.

Andrew Trotman

Education Adviser

Andrew trained in Oxford and has been a teacher, housemaster, deputy rector, headmaster and warden. He is a governor of two schools, including as Chair of a Church of England Primary School in Coventry.
