Festival Service and Dinner

The Festival is a unique and extraordinary event. It celebrates the work of the Trust and the clergy households we serve, with our generous supporters.

The Service at St Paul's Cathedral (5pm) is one of the oldest choral music events in the world, and brings together three of the UK’s finest cathedral choirs. Tickets to the Service are free.

The Dinner at Plaisterers' Hall (7pm) is an opportunity for networking and fellowship, as we fundraise to support our work. We ask that guests please make a contribution towards the cost of their meal.

The 371st Festival Service and Dinner will be held on Tuesday 12 May 2026. Tickets for both events will be available to book from January 2026.

Annual Assembly (AGM)

The Annual Assembly is the charity's AGM, when our Governors meet to discuss our work. A Eucharist precedes the meeting, a guest speaker is invited to give a keynote address to our Governors, and a lunch follows.

Our Annual Assembly is a key date in the calendar for our Governors, during which our Annual Report is approved, new Governors are officially elected and we take a moment to remember Governors who have sadly passed away in the past year.

In 2024, the 346th Annual Assembly took place at St. Mellitus College on Thursday 10 November 2024. Our guest speaker was Dr. Liz Graveling, Senior Researcher for the Church of England.

The 347th Annual Assembly will be held on Thursday 9 October 2025. Tickets will be available to book from Summer 2025.

Christmas Carol Service

In December 2024, we hosted our first Christmas Carol Service at The King's Chapel of The Savoy.

We were treated to sublime performances of a range of festive favourites, including 'Once in royal David's city', 'Hark! The herald angels sing' and 'God rest you merry, gentlemen'. It was also a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends and to make new ones too, as supporters joined us for a mince pie and a glass of wine in the adjoining Lancaster Hall.

We're very grateful to all of our guests for making the night such a success, including those who gave readings as part of the Service: our Senior Treasurer, Richard Farmbrough; London Diocese Clergy Household Support Officer, Sara Hunter; The Lord Lisvane, Honorary Vice President; and Susan Woolf, our newest Governor.

The date of our next Christmas Carol Service is yet to be confirmed, but keep an eye on our website and social media in the coming months for more information.
