Provides advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Services include supported housing, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending provided through Local Mind centres.
Rethink – www.rethink.org
Aims to improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through local groups and services, information and campaigning to make sure everyone affected by mental illness has a good quality of life.

Offers confidence advice and support for this with anxiety, stress and depression; as well as access to a wide choice of therapy choices and self help resources.
YoungMinds – youngminds.org.uk
Supporting children and young people's mental health, with helplines for both parents and young people and connecting with the NHS's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
Samaritans – www.samaritans.org
A place to talk to someone, on the phone, email or by letter. They will listen without judgement or pressure to help you work through what's on your mind. You can also get in touch if you're worried about someone else.
